Ultraman Jack is patrolling space when he discovers a mysterious zone. Inside the zone he finds a graveyard where the bodies of previously defeated monsters such as Red King and Gudon are laid out. Suddenly a mysterious shadow approaches Jack. Ultraman Mebius receives a distress call from Jack and rushes to the area, but arrives too late to save him. Soon, Commander Zoffy mobilizes a team of Ultramen to investigate the monster graveyard and their mysterious new enemy.
